The guy is talking to his wife and says, "honey, I took something" she's like what "ANDRO" Dun dun dunnnnnn. She says " you cheated!" Thats when had to turn it off.
 
yeah i just watched that too, im sure by taking a little andro anyone can bust out 21 reps of 240 lbs on the bench.. lol.
 
Pro players are dropping dead of heat-strokes, gettin' shot at sports bars, accused of rape, locked up for conspiring to murder their pregnant girlfriends, and for being major marijuana traffickers, and ESPN goes with "you cheated"? What the fuck...did we just warp back to the 1950's while I was napping, or what?? I guess that is ESPN's definition of "a hard-core and honest look" right? Whatever

By the way...have any of you fellas seen the piece a few days ago, about the OT for the GB Packers who took that huge blindside block from Warren Sapp last year. Turns out, he had a separated Pelvis. The first time(trainers & docs supposedly stated) they had ever seen an injury of that magnitude from a footballt hit. They(docs) told this guy(I can't remember his name off the top of my head) that his injury was the equivellent of a car wreck or a woman giving child birth. He was layed up for a month after the hit, and couldn't even sit up. Pretty interesting piece, if you want to really talk about "a hard-core, & honest look" into the games realities.

Notice Ephedrine was listed with all the hardcore drugs as well. Honestly, if you ever played football and got called for a penalty or didn't get called then you cheated as well. Likewise, a missed holding call on a critical play is more likely to win a game than taking a bottle of androstenedione a day for the season.
 
He wasn't taking andro...that's just what he told his wife. He was taking AS, but thought it wouldn't sound as bad if he told her it was Andro.

i thought the best part was how the running back said it would take time for the shit to kick in, but like two days later he starts to feel it and proceeds to pump out 20 whatever reps of 245...i think the show is tight, but this part was definitely pretty ridiculous
 
That was ridiculous. The olineman was like i could hook u up. U can buy andro anywhere. Man if andro could do that to your bench I wonder what roids do to him. It was typical espn bs

hey-- didnt you notice the bar was loaded w/4 plates each side-- so thats 225!!

great show anyway (not realistic)-- can you really get clean urine tubed up your dick??? nasty!

Huh? 4 plates per side, assuming they are standard 45lb plates, would give you 360 plus a 45lb bar = 405lbs. Not 225. It's 225lbs if its 2 plates per side.... :D

I don't think so. Nobody is that hardcore...lol

They use to fill a condom with clean urine, pass a tube from the condom in between the legs and through the pubic hair. The condom went up the butt and when it was time to pee in the cup, they just took popped the lid off the tube.

It doens't work anymore since most organisation have people watch the athletes as they pee.

yeah they can do that with clean urine if u find a doctor to do it. the risk of infection is high. a few players on the eagles got caught doing it a long time ago.
 
The QB was popping anti-inflams like he was hooked. If they are trying to make him into a "Bret Favre" type, why don't they just say its vicodin or some other pain killer. Yeah the andro was a laugher. I would have failed just from the visual inspection with my pincushion ass.

And last, the coach said they test for HGH - wtf?

If I look past all of this, it's a fairly compelling series.

yeah but this is supposed to be about Pro Football they should get their shit straight and not dumb it up for the public.

Dont get me wrong tho i like the show its cool, especially since i'm a football player also.

I agree, however I'm sure the steroid misrepresentation is not the only inaccuracy in the show. It would be nice though if, FOR ONCE, somebody would get it right.

That bench press sceene was bunk as hell. My wife and I were watching that crap and I was dieing. Damn I'm gonna put up 400 16 time today if thats what happens after on dose. Here comes my 30lbs of lean mass in one day.

I think the show is kinda cool but I'm sick as hell of all of these shows reciently putting the Mr. Hyde spin on gear. Obviously these people don't know shit about what they are writing. It is starting to bug the hell out of me.

I was watching Law and Order the other day and it was about the Baseball player that killed some guy becuse of some dumb shit. It turns out that they tried to say that the gear can make a person completley insane and that they are not responsible for their actions. If thats the case I'm going to go and kill about 4 people on my street tonight cause I hate the hell out of them. Then I'll use the insanity plea and get off.

Na man this stuff is bogus. I'm starting to get more and more pisse off. I gotta go.

Yeah I was actually pretty excited up to that point...I was waiting to see some amps and what not...

I guess the people at ESPN (or whoever made this show) actually believed the baseball players when they claimed they took andro...

nobody uses andro, it's shit...
