I Want To Go On A Bulking Diet.....

I want to put on muscle mass this winter. Can somebody tell me how much calories of carbs and proteins, etc will i need to put on muscle. I am 5'11", 205 lbs.

more red meats and lots of carbs, everything else is bullshit.
Ill tell you this, many pros cut on 500grams of carbs.

i'm pretty sure they can eat that way due to the high gh dosages they are taking along with thyroid meds and all the aas. for someone who is not on all that, 500g of carbs for cutting is more than likely alittle high.

if you want to bulk, start with bodyweight x 15 in calories and progress up from there. if you start too high you'll add too much fat.
 
basically i am saying that there is no special formula. You can go ahead and add divide #'s all day long. Just keep your meats and carbs higher then you usually do.

make sure to get a lot of protein thats most IMPORTANT 200-400grams a day
then make sure to get at aleast 4000cal if not more
lift high weight low reps but more sets you will get really bulk
take a weight gainer ( i suggest Nlarge2 ) i've gained 30 pounds in about 3-4 months I'll never come off of it. make sure the weightgainer has at least 600cal a serving , 50 gr protien, and a lot of carbs. Creatine monohydrate will get you big fast but when you come off it you will loss most weight.there you go it works for me make sure to do cardio or you will get a gut and have to later work that off (pain in the ass)
