I wanna do an Edward Norton......

Ok, I'm 18, and skinny as fuck. I wanna bulk out like Edward Norton did in American History X. Now, i have never worked out in my life, i dont do any fucking excersise but i'm prepared to change this.

Now i dont wanna start taking drugs or any other shit that'll make my balls turn to melons, just the weights and whatever will do me.

Can anyone suggest a way i can get as big as Norton did in AMHX??

oh yeah some stats, hhmmmmm

5ft 11' (probably six foot by now)
18 years of age
I'd say i weigh about..........60/65KG's
I eat normally although i tend to skip breakfast alot
And as of now i'm a skinny little runt.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
O man, look bro you gotta eat! That is your first step. You should aim to get like 3500 cals a day and 200 grams of protein. Then next step is to hit the weights hard, one day a week per body part is good for you. Basic movements, bench press, squat ect..... 12-15 sets per. You will get alot of good gains like that. You also got to get good rest atleast 7-8 hrs a night. Once you put on some more size you can try cutting some of your BF %. After you do all these things religously for years than you might consider AS. Till then worry about......eating big, lifting big, resting big and you'll get big.

jeez have you lost the plot or what, i was mearly using edward nortons body as an example and what movie it was from, learn to spell also mate.

And thanks for the info ciscokid, looks like i have a lot of work to do......
 
Just eat a shit load and work out. Stop skipping breakfast. I personally think that is one of the stupidest things to do no matter what your goals are. Don't fuck around with AS until you're 20. You said you aren't sure if you're 6' or 5'11" which means you're obviouosly still growing. Your body already has enough hormones pumpin through it. No need to add any more to the mix.

good advice - don't do AS if you've never worked out before and don't know exactly whet you're doing.

you can't be looking up at movie stars like that man. Yeah he got big hella quick, but you dont know what he did to get there. he probably hired like 10 personal trainers to watch his diet and help him work-out. obvisouly we dont have those kind of resources. they're just actors man, thats what they do...they'll make their bodies into whatever the next movie requires it to be. have you seen him in rounders? LOL that fag is like a lil stick. but then in fight club he's ripped up again. anyways, just watch ur diet man and work out hard. and stop lookin up to movie stars like that, that shit can fuck ur head up in the wrong way. lol

Okay, well this is way off topic, but first, why do you not harbor such anger towards predominately black, arab, or chinese gangs? Sounds like your parade against white "Gangs" is more racist than the actual idea of being a skinhead. Not all skinheads are "Stupid" either. In fact, there is a large majority that is quite intellegent. Most skinheads don't end up going to prison, although I knew one who did. He had to be put in an individual cell because he intimidated most of the people in the "Gang unit." (BTW, that wasn't coming from his bragging, because he didn't....that came from what a few guys who went in with him said.)

Not all "Skinheads" have shaved heads either. That is simply something left to the kids who wish to act cool, or don't really beleive in the skinhead "Ideals."

Are you aware that "Sharps" a type of skinhead gang are anti racists?

Judging by the overall tone of your post, it sounds like your resentment against skinheads is nothing more then racisim on your part.

Actually he only hired one trainer-Tony Cortez.
He also trained Linda Hamilton for T2.
Not to mention Cher, Janet Jackson, and many others.:D
 
#1 GDAY from australia.

#2 You might not realise the time it takes to grow muscles. Most people quit.....cause it takes too long. DONT QUIT.

#3 your too young to do drugs. Your body is making the most wonderful drug at the moment (test)

#4 eat eat eat.

#5 focus on core lifts. Get someone to show you (an experienced person) Bench press, squats, and pull ups or bent over rows. (somepeople wont agree with me on using these lifts.......but i wish i did it when i started training)
Train about 3 days a week (one day focused on each excercise with a couple other related exercise......eg bicep curls with pullups)

#6 did i mention eat? eat six meals a day with a lot of protein.

#7 I play in a "skinhead" band. Im the only one who is not a skin head in the band. Everyone in the band has no hatred for anyone, unless they have done something wrong (for some reason their main focus of hate is child molesters). they belive that people shouldnt be treated differently because of what they were born with. they should be treated the way that they act/ percieve them selves or others.

NOT ALL SKINS ARE RACIST. Yes granted......there are a lot of racist ones.......i know a few hammer skins. but i know more sane ones. I know many peoples parents are racist. even more so than skins

:D Now you know what you are talking about. Being a skinhead has very little to do with hating blacks, or any one race. It has to do with sexual offenders, and people from other country's who abuse our "Public systems." By example, as American History X pointed out, by hiring cheap border jumpers to work, the store owner effective cut out jobs for people who actually belonged here. They act like ticks on our society, just feeding off it, with nothing in return. No taxes, no large contributions, not even a vote!

Non racist skins are refered to as "Sharps" or "Sharpies" depending on the area. They actually only hate racist people, which in most cases, gets manifested in other "Skins" who simply follow the course of what they think it is too be a skinhead (just as it appears all of y ou do), which is to hate anything of a non-white family backround.

Do you realize in a poll done in 1993, from 10 major cities across the US, that over 40% of the white police force were a part of or connected to a "White organized Group?" It's not just a matter of going out and beating up black people, or beating up chinese people. It's something completely diferent.

I could elaborate to such an extent on other gang cultures, but I wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings here (it seems I already have by pointing out the major misconceptions.)

So continue to hate skinheads. What do you hate about skinheads? The hair cut? The racisim? The music? If any one of those things are something you hate, than you don't hate skinheads, you hate individuals who choose to behave that way and hide under what they think it is too be a skinhead. If your going to focus on something so negative, at least know what your focusing on!

At 6' and 132lb you are seriously skinny, I'd even say underweight.

As already stated: EAT!

It should be your number #1 priority.

Eat a lot of junk food sounds like you have good met-meat and potatoes only do basic exercises for the next three months

bench dips
barbell military press shrugs
pull ups bent rows
squats dead lifts
barbell culr, close grip bench
eat a lot and sleep at east 8-9 hrs and you should see the diff soon since you are a begginner

eata nd do basics- Keep It Simple
 
Hey thanks for all the advice, lol i think i originally posted this in the wrong forum and thats why i got some prety crazy replies.

Believe me i am pretty darn skinny and i eat fucking food all day long and my metabolism is so fucking high i'm hungry 2 seconds later, i'd say i havn't gained weight in years!!
