I spent the weekend in Cologne, Germany, did you know the population there went from 800,000 to 50,000 in WWII when the US and Great Britain carpet bombed the place?

They have a postcard that shows the aftermath. Not exactly a Hallmark card.

City was cool though the people speak english unlike the little town where I am and everyone looks at me like an alien. Saw the biggest cathedral I've ever imagined. Maybe I'll post a pic of it in a second.
