Im not an alcoholic but I like to hit the bars on the weeks I lift and work out all week, it s a moderation thing and it works for me. I was a smoker for years , still able to workout but it really started to hurt me . Im over 40 now and the body changes. Im curious as we are all health nuts what other less fanatical guys do and how they moderate on thing I did was give up smokes and took up vaping , it doesnt have all those poisons and I still get a a little nicotine, SO I feel good I work out I eat healthy and I like a cold beer and my estick ( go to estick,com to learn or try it out) I look forward to others agendas and ideas thaks
