I really want flex lewis calves

I like their look!
I know it would be too ambitious to pretend having flexe's calves, but what would you recommend as a workout routine to get them as big and defined as you can?
 
Calves are the biggest endurance muscle in the body. Trying to get your calve muscles to grow is the equivalent of trying to get your jaw muscles to grow.

They will grow, but they are a very stubborn muscle group and it will take a lot of time and effort. They are endurance muscle so train them frequently and hit them with high and low reps. I would train them 3 days per week and alternate between heavy days (6-10 reps per set) and volume days (10-100 reps per set).

Make sure to do both seated and straight leg movements to train both the Soleus and gastrocnemius.
 
It is pretty simple - make them work a lot, and frequently! The more they work, the more they will grow. It is very hard to make the calves grow, and they respond best to many reps. So I usually do as many reps with them as I can, and occassionally I will do heavy weights with less reps. There is no real secret to calves - you just need to bust your ass working on them.
 
too many guys have issues with leg muscles cause they don't even bother to work them. there are plenty of calf exercises to do at your gym, just find ones that burn the calves up.. and don't forget your front tibialis muscles either which nobody ever works out
 
Because they are incredibly strong and support your body all day, they require an extensive workload for growth. You want to do heavy weight for high reps. Lots and lots of sets. It can be done. Arnold used to cut his pants into shorts just so he had to look at his weak calves all day. This made him focus on them.
