I Need Penis Help!!

First off, it gets maybe 4-5 inches when I get it up, But it doesn't feel full. Is there anything thta works to get it bigger, or more fully erect? And also, does holding back from ejaculating when you masterbate affect your penis in a bad way? Thanks

It's more like milking your penis. get it nice and juicy with some lube. make a circle with your thumb and 1st finger around the base of your wang, and slide it down towards the tip with medium grip. Once you reach the head get the next hand going down the same path. Do this for 15 mins a day and your penis will grow and inch in 3 months.
 
Yeah ouch, i'm bigger than that limp. Um, go talk to a plastic surgeon, I think they can add 1-2 inches. Penis pumps, creams and all that shit don't work.

Is the penis supposed to be erect or flacid when you do this, or does it not matter?

Well if it's too erect there can be spotting and bruising. You don't want it to totally be itty bitty, but just enough. You should stretch that thing first as to prepare it and to loosen it up.
 
Sorry, guy, but penises stop growing around the age of 17 or 18. Sounds like you're stuck in the lower 40th percentile rank on that one. My best advice is to learn how to give good head. If you give good head, sometimes the woman will overlook your other shortcomings :D

Good head is great, but it's not the same as intercourse, however, 5" is actually enough to satisfy most women. Ever take a look at the length of most women's vibes? Most of them are not terrybly big, and a woman's g-spot is less than 5" inside. Our fingers aren't very long either and they can work wonders. ;)

Jubei Jelqing works homedog, I've gained half an inch and I don't even do it that frequently.

Actually when you "hold it in" you are just working a muscle, and it's actually supposed to help you control when you cum. I have never heard anything about it being bad for you.

First off: flexing your pc muscle prior to ejaculation not only increases the sensation of orgasm, but it also (slowly) makes it stronger. Of course, kegels during a boring class would be far more effective :P

Regarding your other question/problem.. you could always jelq. I've been jelquing for only a week and my erection seems to be quite a bit harder, my penis looks more vascular, and it looks more hung.

Well, the stuff is going to come out one way or another, whether you nut or whether you piss afterwards.
