Being ripped makes em look bigger. Just wait til yours are they're size AND they're ripped. Watch out! Keep it up man!
 
I go pretty easy on my arms. I have a ton of scar tissue on my bicep tendon. I am focusing on bringing up my lats, delts and quads right now.
I think most people lie about the size of their arms... just like they do with their body fat!

yup, people add 1-2" all the time online so why should the gym be different :) I have a tape measure in my bag and one dude who claimed 20" arms refused point blank to use it.

17.5" that lean is great.

I took the picture two days ago. I'm totally clean. At last check i was 237 lbs.

Thats a great idea. I should bring a tape to the gym and expose all the liars.
 
I tattooed a tape mesure ON my arm, so just flexing would show how big they are. I'm awesome.

Also% Slat, it's pretty hard for a tall dude to look big because you need enormous amount of muscle to fill in everything, but you look like you're doing a good job of it. I also think you have good bone structure for the sport. Keep it up.
 
i reccommend a variant of deadlifts where you grab your wallpaper from the bottom and lift, ripping it off the wall ;)

i was mesmerised by the greeness before somehow, in a haze of vertigo and wanting to chuck, finding my way back to the subject at hand

oh and the "am i pretty" thing is cute on 18 year old girls with ugly duckling syndrome, but on you it makes my lip curl. the reason youre not motivated is because youre already there. enjoy it while you can, before somehting really bad happens and you can never be in superb condition again

I have been doing cardio every day for the last week. Eating again too. Sitting at a steady 230. Just trying to make small improvements while dropping the bodyfat.
