I Need Help With A HST Type Training Routine While Cycling Anavar!!

I'm in my 5th week of my anavar cutting cycle and so far things have been going pretty well. I'm very anxious to try a new style of training and was hoping that someone here could help me out. I posted this also in the training section, but figured since I was cycling and would probably get more responses here I posted it here also. I've always done the traditional work each muscle once a week or every six days rotuine(obviously with tremendous variation of reps, splits, exercises, etc.., but all with the same BASIC principal). I'm interested in a variation of the HST style of traing where you basically end up working each muscle twice a week. However, I don't agree with a lot of the exercise selections and rep schemes from it. If anybody knows of any good programs that incorporates this type of style please reply.
 
Here is something that I'm still playing around with. I didn't even get to my lower body yet. Tell me what you think so far.

Mon-Upper Body
Tues-Lower Body
Wed-Off
Thur-Upper Body
Fri-Lower Body
Sat-Off
Sun-Off

Mon(Upper Body)-
3x Incline Barbell Press
3x Weighted Dips
4x Skullcrushers
3x DB Presses
3x Side Raises
Pullups
3x Bent Over Rows
4x Incline DB Curls

Thur(Upper Body #2)
3x Deads
3x Pulldowns
3x Flat Barbell Bench
3x Flys
3x DB Presses
3x Side Raises
4x Barbell Curls
4x Decline DB Extensions

Still playing around with the exercises and the order in which I will do them. Like I said I haven't even though about my lower body yet. All coments are appreciated. I know the volume looks like a lot, but when I work each muscle only once a week I deffiently end up doing more sets then I have above.

We have a whole forum where all we talk about is different ways of training. You should stop by some time. ;)
