I'm in my 5th week of my anavar cutting cycle and so far things have been going pretty well. I'm very anxious to try a new style of training and was hoping that someone here could help me out. I posted this also in the training section, but figured since I was cycling and would probably get more responses here I posted it here also. I've always done the traditional work each muscle once a week or every six days rotuine(obviously with tremendous variation of reps, splits, exercises, etc.., but all with the same BASIC principal). I'm interested in a variation of the HST style of traing where you basically end up working each muscle twice a week. However, I don't agree with a lot of the exercise selections and rep schemes from it. If anybody knows of any good programs that incorporates this type of style please reply.
