If you review the Shadow's Project threads -- the program has produced great results for several of the girls who have posted journals on this board. It would be an easy program to follow because it is laid out week by week- just start at the beginning !

I forgot to ask you something..... I work Wed. and Fri. during the week, and I only get a 1/2 hour "dinner". What do you recommend that I take with me for dinner. I will eat about 6:30, but I can't make chicken and a meal there. I get out of school at 2:15, and I have to leave by 3:30 for work. DO you think I shoulld make my dinner before I leave and just take it all with me???

Often trying to follow a bit of a restricted diet (i.e. not a lot of convenient restaurant type eating) requires spendign a little time planning ahead - both to prepare the food and also to figure out the best way to carry it with you. If you can get a cooler & carry that with you with the meal(s) that you need, it works. I carry a soft-side cooler w/ an ice pack and 5-6 meals w/ me every day to work. I have access to a fridge there, but I keep it all with me just in case someone decides to clean out the fridge or there's no room or whatever -- I'm completely self-reliant and am totally covered if i have to spend all day in meetings or have to go to our other building. I also have access to a microwave that I use to heat up most of my stuff because I use a lot of frozen vegetables. If you don't have access to a microwave but can do the cooler thing, chicken & spinach salad or something that you dn't have to heat up works good. If you get really desperate, those Tuna Sensations or whatever they are, flavored tuna in a pouch are great! All you need is literally a fork. And they taste pretty good!

I do have acces to a microwave and a fridge, but I think that I Will bring a cooler with me, cool. I am going to go shopping tomorrow and get stared immediately. Thanks.
