Like I told every one in pm's. I would like to see all of us over in the womens forum helping out the members there two. Posting,shooting the shit and just getting more active on that board.

Hay every one can add something even if its just a nice job pat on the back,or a work out plan or even just making new girls feel welcome.

women are members to and we all like women. Just remember when you go over there you are talking ladies guys so treat them like it. I would like to see us giving them some love over there though. Lets share that family feel with the girls boys. I think we can all do that right?
