i need advice on how to use arimidex?

i'm going to do a cycle of suspension,tren & winnie. i just got arimidex and there 1 mg each. i was wondering how i should do them? also how many tren(mg) should i do a week? i was planning on doing the winnie & suspension every mon,wed & fri. thanks for the advice.

I run arimidex .25mg day for every 250mg test wk.
don`t know about the tren.

Minimum dose (if you are going to use arimidex) I would ever suggest, no matter how low your A/S use is would be .5 mg ED or 1 mg EOD. You should be able to split the tabs in half.

Usually at 250 mg week of T you wont need it, but it cold be handy for lowering IGF1 levels while on fina and preventing stuff that way ... winny should help a lot too! Good combo!

Why would you want to lower igf-1 levels? IGF-1 plus fina equals increased growth in all the studies that I have seen. I never take arimidex when I do a fina/test cycle. thanks,
