Okay so im 16, and 194 lbs. i don't know my bf % but i can see an outline of a six pack. I would like to lose weight but i cant seem to follow a good diet, so that's why im coming to you. I already do like 3 hours a cardio a day because im on the soccer team and my coach is about fitness big time.
I don't know if this will help you but im o+ blood type and sometimes diets are based on blood types.
