I did a search and couldn't really find any specific workouts, everything says it's better than low intensity cardio, and you should should do it for no more than 20 minutes, burns more fat etc..
Here is the deal I have a membership at the gym and access to all the machines, but I also have a stationary bike at home and jump rope and wanted to do HIIT at home.
Based on the reading I did this is what I came up with.
2 Minutes bike moderate intensity ( warm-up )
30 sec jump rope
30 sec bike moderate intensity
30 sec jump rope
30 sec bike moderate intensity
Alternating between the 2 for a total of 20 minutes.]
Can anyone suggest anything better ???
