I know likely many people aren't getting a decent protein intake either because they can't find the time or they can't find the money or they don't like the taste. If you're investing time in the gym but not getting a proper protein intake (like 1g per lb of bodyweight) then you are pretty much going half assed and wasting time. Go get a tub of protein powder if you don't have the time to eat throughout the day. Even if you are trying to just burn fat protein intake is a must no matter how you go about it; if your lifting weights it is a must. I know so many people wasting their time going to the gym but not getting a decent diet and showing no results whatsoever.
