damn this feels good. hahaha

So, they have decided to shut down the subprime mortgage division in our city and come in and offer 3 of the 5 loan officers a severance package. They are going to pay us through the end of the month. If only they knew that Friday was going to be my last day there anyhow. hahahaha Fooled the crap out of them.

I am opening my own Broker Company. Been in the works for about a week now. So now I will be getting paid while I am doing all the leg work for my company. Ain't life grand!! hehehe

btw...I need help coming up with a company name. any suggestions? (fyi...its a mortgage company)

Small world that's what I do. I worked for a big bank, big volume guy. I usually did 60 to 70 Million a year.

As to name try "Advocate Mortgage".

or.... people's choice home loans.

make sure its something creative, professional and catchy. there are a million and one companies out here. u just gotta stand out with ur professionalism, people will catch on to the name if you're work is top notch.

It is kinda true. They did let us go but let us resign and are paying us through the end of the month. The only reason though is because they are shutting down the department I worked in. No other reason to do it! My first day off and I worked like an animal. My car is all nice and clean! Washed, waxed, cleaned all the inside...even shampooed the seats and shit. I am tired. lol
