I just ate 3 big peanutbutter cups help!!!

3 peanut butter cups isnt that bad bro. Peanut butter and chocolate is a good source of calories if you're bulking. I usually buy a huge bag of them, but presidents choice brand and pig out if I just want a boost of cals. Dont be so hard on yourself.

If your cutting up on the other hand, than bad boy!

1.) Try some Protein pudding like Instone. It's very good, full or protein and low fat and low carbs, but kind of pricey. Other people make it too.

2.) Buy DARK chocolate 70% cocoa is you can find it. it's lower in sugar and loaded with anit-oxidants.

3.) Almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pecans. They are great foods to snack on.

4.) Some of those Protein bars are decent too.

5.) If I'm really hungry I'll whip up a frozen blueberry, whey shake, with No Carb Hood milk. Full of nutrients
 
Shit son! relax man, you will not be able to be the definition of perfection just because your on some shit. If anything you may have needed to eat something to give your body some fuel! Everyone will cheat their diet every now and then. Don't beat yourself over it. Just don't make a habbit of it!
 
lol @ when guys have food fits.

I have 3 1/2 eaten jars of ANPB out in the rough behind my house - a couple times it got so bad I had to get rid of them in a hurry. LAUNCH!
 
Drink a large glass of water, most cravings last for about 15 minutes and some cravings may be mistaken for dehydration.

Some good advice on here.

First, learn from it.
Really take notice of how you felt after you ate those PB cups.
I mean realy feel it.....not good huh.
So that next time you will remember this and not be so quick to jump the gun.
Next, was it because you were hungry that you buckled and ate those cups, or were you just craving something sweet, or both?

Figure this out and prepare in advance next time.
As has been mentioned, have some sweet tooth alternatives on hand.
Diet pops really help me with my sweet tooth.
Fat free puddings, (just add your own protein powder)

Or just have something healthy to eat to stop you from being hungry, because its when your hungry that your most apt to break down and eat something you may regret.

And if it's both, first have something healthy to eat, then have your sweet tooth alternative.

Works like a charm.

Go inmidiatly to the HOSPITAL AND ASK FOR A STOMACH WASH.......bring flowers you'll feel more confortable after that....

I do it all the time after a gulp 5lbs of Baby Back Ribs while trying to get to sleep

Dude, I feel for ya man..... I diet all the time, and you cheat here and there, it happens..... 3 PB cups isn't that bad bro, you'll be ok...... I had it bad last night actually..... My GF was at her parents, and I was craving sweets like crazy.... I went out and got a pint of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, and ate the whole Fucking thing man.... Chocolate Fudge Brownie, it went down so fast and smooth too.... I loved every min of it.... I was feeling guilty afterwards a bit, but no biggie..... This AM I wake up expecting to look all soft and pudgy, and BOOM!!!! In the mirror, looking more rippped and striated then the day before..... You never know I guess.... I'm taking T3, and that gives me MAJOR cravings like no other, so that's my excuse..... I just try to do better next time, and hope the next cheat episode isn't for a while..... You'll be ok bro...

Nuts, chicken breast, dates (I used to love those and one would make me happy), skirt steak cooked and cut up into bite size pieces.

Have some ANPB on hand for those cravings
