What do you do when you just don't have any appetite? This week I just haven't been able to eat enough. I haven't been under any stress what-so-ever (hehe, maybe that's the problem ), but after just a few bits of every meal I can't even force feed myself to eat the rest of it without feeling sick. I even stopped taking Thermorexin a couple days ago to see if that would help, but I'm still not eating enough. I've lost 5 lbs in 3 days (which is never a good thing), but my hydration levels have actually increased, so I'm not dehydrated. Any tips? My workouts haven't changed, no stress, I have energy throughout the day, but I'm eating next to nothing.
