I have reached a plateau.

Thank you all for the advice. I learned a lot from the suggestions I have read. I realize I need to do a lot more work on my back and squats will help out a great deal. I am looking for an example of a workout routine and the suggestions I have received will help out tremendously. Have a great day! I will check back in a few weeks!!

Thanks again!

William

I gave you an example of a workout routine in my last post, I even posted you a link, go check it again bro

Start out light on squats and get the form down bro. If you don't use good form, you can get hurt. You don't need to squat heavy to get huge legs anyways.

Yeah and your benchpress form, heres a video to help, this is how I bench now and it has helped me out loads.

SL posted that a little bit back. It's a great video. Real detailed. I like it.

I do it slightly different, in that he does mention how BB'ers flare the elbows out more to emphasis the pecs. I do that to an extent, but not so much that it really torques the shoulder. If I go heavy reps, I follow this form the best I can to avoid shoulder injury.
