4 weeks off today. One of the guys asked me today if I've gotten bigger. Actually I have gained about 2 lbs. I'm in terrible aerobic condition because I haven't been doing it. The worst shape I've been in, in several years. I really took that for granted. Just jogging a half mile after my workout and 10 minutes on the stationary bike was hard.
