I HATE NOT HAVING A WORKOUT PARTNER!!!
I WOULD BE GETTING MUCH MORE GAINS FROM MY ACTUAL CYCLE IF I HAD A PARTNER! BUT THATS OK...NOTHING IN THIS LIFE IS FOREVER :(

Tell me about it....I work at a gym,, and the people I work with have no clue about weight training....when I ask for a spot they lift the damb thing for me, or they just leave me there and let me fu***N tear my body apart......WTF....
yeah bro I know what you mean....

Dare I say it?

Suck it up?

I don't have a workout partner. Frankly, I'd just as soon not have one.

1. They have to be reliable and hit the gym with you all the time.

2. Since nobody spots you in the real world, I'd rather just train and get stronger slower than be dependent on someone to be there for me to make gains.

3. Often a partner can be a time-waster....a problem if you need to get in, train hard, and get out to take care of other things.

I agree with you but a good friend/workout partner will always be there for you. The chemistry has to work between both

Agreed - both good and bad having a spot partner. I'm trying to run a business, and my workout partner is also my business partner. Now that sucks, trying to get the same time out of the office together. I also have started lifting alone. Some gyms, if you ask the right persons, you can get a decent spot. Most of the time, people are tools, tho.

Its hard as hell to find a good workout partner so i have been lifting by myself for 3 years now at home. Like others have said it has pro's and con's but know im so used to lifting by mysself I dont think I could have a partner.
