Once Ronnie leaves the sport it is gonna be Cutler's throne.
actually my current split is modeled after Cutler's....several years back when he won the Jr. USA (I think that was it...) his arms were lagging behind everything else. He was able to fix this by cutting down on the frequency and volume of all other upper body work and bombing his arms with much higher frequency (say doing a little bit of shoulder work one day, and then spending the rest of the workout hammering tris). If you have genetically crappy arms this is a really good strategy to use sometimes.
