I finally did it...
I have NEVER tried deadlifting more than 285 for full ROM deadlifts... 285 was what i used last week for sets of 5...
Today my workout was jam packed with PRs... 5 to be exact...
I decided to do 295 for 2 sets of 5... the first set went up so easy... I thought I'd give 315 a whirl...
NAILED IT for 4 reps NO PROBLEM!
I also got PR's on Rev Hypers, Decline Crunches and side bends....
Just thought I'd post out of sheer excitement.. nobody else seems to understand....
