I finally got TRT! But I have a question

wow I just came across this thread.

muscle mom is 90% right.. yeah she came off 'mean' boo hoo but the truth hurts sometimes.

hopefully all you young kids reading this learn from glads mistake. no reason to touch hormones at 16 EVER unless you want to go on HRT in your early 20's.

and I am 100% certain his HPTA is fucked for life because of that abuse.. the younger you juice the faster you will have to go on HRT. i know its not the politically correct thing to say but its true most of the time. this is why we have a rule on EF about giving advice to kids. if i had it my way it would be 25+.. no reason for even a 23 year old to use hormones either..

there is a chance he could of came back but it would of taken a lot of patience. burnthiscorpse abused roids at a young age too.. and then stayed on for a year straight.. and he was able to recover with a natural pct .. look up his thread. glad should have tried this before resorting to HRT.

also HRT does not fix your life problems always. low libido involves a lot more than low T. that could be one issue among many causing a problem. there is a good chance he would be on HRT for a few months and the problems will slowly come back again. or he could get tired of injecting himself every week forever and decide to stop.

I view this as taking care of your teeth. you can fail to brush, floss, go to the dentist to get cleaned etc. then one day decide to pull your teeth and get fake ones put in.. but guess what? even fake teeth have to be cared for so you end up back to the same place.

just because you go on HRT doesn't mean you still have to have a solid diet, exercise, run short blast pct's, run natty supps, etc etc.

Just to clarify, I didn't touch AAS until I was 21. cycled a few times through my 20's. Never more than 200-300mg test wk. Most of those times were with no PCT either. It was before EF and pretty much internet for me. So I was ignorant. Got out of BB'ing in my late 20's until I was 32. Then I ran things like 600mg test wk for 10 months. 500mg wk for 5 mos. Blast and mostly cruise for a 13 month period. Obviously my endocrine system is quite resilient. If you read the thread in my sig yeah...I was suppressed for 13 mos straight. Stupid idea. But I recovered better than before I went on and with all natural shit. I was never a mega doser. Shit, even my avatar pic I was only on 375mg cyp and nothing else. So I wouldn't say I ever abused AAS. But then even at small doses I guess some extended durations would qualify as "abuse". Not at a young age though. I'd like to think I was as smart as I could be about it. Always get bloods done every 12 weeks. Never let BP get out of hand. Never let lipids get out of hand. Abdominal ultrasound. Get an echocardiogram every other year. Not because I'm paranoid....insurance pays for it....why not. Especially with AAS involved.
