I did something EVEN BETTER than doing 102 sets of arms today!

Today I laid my arm out on a table and told my buddy to hit me as hard as he could with a hammer right in the bicep. After I woke up (I passed out from the pain), I measured my arm and it grew 2 inches! So I did like 8 shots of vodka and I was ready for the other arm. BAM! Now my biceps have this really cool "purple look" almost like tattoos and they are really swollen! AWESOME! Tomorrow I am doing my calves!

The next Sandow is mine!!!!!!!

Just wanted to let you all know my arms are now 21" and my calves are now 25. Also I have hypothesized a new application for my revolutionary training regimen: if it works for muscles, it should work for the penis! I mean, they call it "The love muscle," right? So I recommend you try it. Just lay your dick on the kitchen counter and WHAM! Instant growth!

How many times did you hit it with the hammer?

Were you sumo bulking at the time?

How far apart, timewise, were your hammering sets from each other?

Are these the same thing as hammer curls?

Would this work for other bodyparts, traps, back, quads, shoulders..etc...?

Do you have any links to a Charles Poloquin site that might back up this type of routine?

Wow! Someone ought to name this awesome new growth system before Joe Weider steals this idea and names this as one of his training principles.

What would be a good name for this system? Perhaps:

Muscle Hammerpertrophy

I don't know how long I was asleep.

No. Hammer curls are when you take hammers in your hand and do a curling motion with your arm. IMHO this is a far more effective use of the hammer.

WOW. I never even thought of that. Maybe squats, deadlifts, and the bench press have become obsolete! The only piece of equipment you need to build muscle is the common claw hammer! I should do an infomercial! We're gonna put Bowflex out of business!
