Dude had no smirk on his face, he gave his "male" attorney a pat on the butt and said thanks good job. I would have had no issue if she dressed him down a little for it but to throw the mans plea deal out is kind of fucked. I mean I guess he did head butt a bish but the prosecutor has every right to work out a deal with him, the judge has no business interjecting their own opinion of the defendant like that, which she plainly did. Didn't Java Wayne Brady a bish in her sleep and plea out as well?
