There's a couple people on the interwebs who claim they were in the courtroom and that the judge's assertion he had misbehaved before infront of her was completely unfounded and without merit. Dude had no smirk on his face, he gave his "male" attorney a pat on the butt and said thanks good job. I would have had no issue if she dressed him down a little for it but to throw the mans plea deal out is kind of fucked. I mean I guess he did head butt a bish but the prosecutor has every right to work out a deal with him, the judge has no business interjecting their own opinion of the defendant like that, which she plainly did. Didn't Java Wayne Brady a bish in her sleep and plea out as well?
