No, a long time ago I got some Dalmane (Flurazepam).

It's a long acting benzo that Xanax ... that was the shit.

Hard to find a Doc to prescribe them now for some reason.

I never even heard of Lyrica. Is it a benzo?

Lyrica is a rather strong drug in the same class as gabapentin (Neurontin) that, as it's name implies, interacts with GABA and similarsuch in the human organism. It's controlled CV and used mainly for anxiety in Europe, and although it's U.S. uses vary, I don't think it's been approved for that over here yet (if your doc is worth a damn and knows his stuff, he should be glad to rewrite the Rx for an 'approved' use so it's covered by insurance. Lyrica is hella expensive).

It's hard to find anxiolytic information, since it's used for neuralgia and stuff in the U.S. right now. Depending on it's Aussie status, Goldendelicious might know more about it.

Ambien CR was pretty expensive even with my insurance.

I think it was like $40 for 14 tabs. I get 30 one mg xanax for $5.

I think the XR/CR formulations are still relatively new, and thus not available as generics. Thirty 1mg generic clonopins cost me about six or seven bucks, and the oral disintigrating tablets were $40-50 for the same amount/quantity.
