I am not going to joke around.
I want to get ripped & hard, but I have no idea to do it. I know most people want to get, huge and then get ripped, but I will not boast , but I am already big. I have never used any "gear" in my life and my body is just big. I have big chest and barn door shoulders and my back is just plain wide. I take a 58 suit jacket and that is tight across the back. Legs are so so and I know need to work on them, but I can't get this body fat off. I am 5'10 and somewhere between 265-280. I have a football players bulid, now I want a bodybuliders bulid and want to compete.
What I need is serious direction on where to go from where I am right now. I am doing cardio 30 minutes with a plastic jacket on. My diet needs to be fine tuned, pretty good 75-80% of the time, but I know I can do better.
I need to know what to take to get this fat off and make gains.
Can I get some help? I would not ask if I did not need it.
