We are looking at ways to make the process better.

That's why if you choose me, you can't go wrong. I'm all about fairness and equality. Everyone gets treated the same whether friend of foe. Except Kakdiesel, he's a dumb gook.
 
So whats so great about being a mod? Ive modded on a few sites in a few years,you get some extra buttons to play with thats about it...Unless you need someone to look up to you, its not all that great of a job..and you always got to explain why you did this or that.. Best of luck to all that wants to be one.....

Don’t take making the complaint lightly… What you are claiming IS a banning offence… Biteme has already got a strike against him, GS put him in Coventry a while back… Basically, don’t ask me to spend time on this unless you are serious.

honestly, I love being a moderator.
but its not as easy or as fun as you think.

Now that we have this new crop of chairman that see what goes on- ask them what its like... I like dealing with people, and I love EF- its just wierd when i'm doing my 'job' here and someone gets pissy with me.

being a mod changes people on this site, i would hate to see sawastea and blut become mods, i dont want to see their attitudes change, they may say they wouldnt, but eventually they would become one of THEM
the only person ive seen become a mod on here and not change their style one bit is gymgurl

She and Sassy are the most helpful, generous chicks on WF! Go check out a few posts and you can tell they really are here to help people. I've seen both of them write what seemed like an entire book to explain diet and training to someone.

Again.. another GREAT request for mod. She's always helpful on the PL forum and if you pm her with any questions she will respond with an answer. I'm not sure why she isn't mod already.
 
Why not have admin pick/keep the Elite Moderators, and have the Platinum Members vote on who they want to mod specific, individual forums -- e.g., QSS for the BB prep forum, Redguru for the Science forum, et cetera.

Wouldn't that make everyone happy, and be a medium that everyone could agree upon?

Other than the POM forum, there's been no word from the uppers that any modships are in the offing.

Try not to take sorearms too seriously, I noticed he likes to get under our skin a little. He is just fucking around... "El Vato" as I call him after listening to his heavy L.A.-Mexicano accent over the phone... LOL He was talking to me from his cellphone outdoors, I could just pictured him riding a good-plated Lorider bike around his neighborhood while on his talking to me on his cellphone. Stopping every now and then to greet his homies throwing up his hood's gang signs... I think he called me "holmes" a couple of times when he was mad...

Gonzo the world famous comedian was performing live on stage. The crowd was a sellout. Gonzo strode onto the stage and told the worst joke anyone had ever heard.
