Hypothetical Question

Hi guys, I had a quick question on a cycle.
Ok, so say, hypothetically, that someone that was not strong (weak actually) ran a cycle. This person had about half a year under their belt (I know, that's nothing) but understood the lifts so that he would not injure himself performing them. Also, this person would understand their diet needs completely and had that in check as well.
So, what negative effects would happen to this person if they were to run a basic 500mg/wk Test-E only cycle for ~14 weeks.
Would there be any joint problems? And if so, is there any drugs to counteract these joint problems? Pretty much what I am asking is that if a person that is weak, but understands the lifts and diet needs, were to run a cycle, would could go wrong? Is there any real reason this person should not run this cycle?
Thanks for any help guys, greatly appreciated!

It may or may not be an issue.. ligaments and tendons do not grow as quickly as muscle so if they are not conditioned by a few years of heavy repeated natural training then when the strength goes up on a cycle they will be lagging even more behind..

This opens yourself up to some serious injury.. it may never happen but it greatly increases the chance..

Thanks for the reply! So, is there any recommendation as to how long one should train before hopping on steroids? Pretty much the reason why I want to go ahead and jump on testosterone (as does everyone) is because I know how much better results I'll get from lifting on them, as opposed to just slight results from natural lifting... Also, are the chances very great in getting a ligament injury, or is it worth the risk to just give the steroids a try?
I know it would sort of be a waste of a cycle, but would it be feasible to maybe only go up in small increments of weights each week to avoid the issues of ligaments?

Thanks for any advice!

There is no set time period. Some guys have trained for 30+ years before doing steroids. Some for 30months. The thing with steroids is that it will give you added mass but if your diet and training is not correct you will lose it all.. and the only way to get proper diet and training is by having a few years under your belt..

I could give you my diet and training routine but it mightnt work for you.. you need to have put in the time to see what works and what your body reacts well to..

It could be something as simple as doing dumbell bench over barbell bench but only you can figure that out..

when you have put in the time with your diet and training and see results then your on the right track. So you need to keep going with that until you feel you can not get any further. This doesn't happen with in a year or even 3. It takes time.

As for the injury related question it might never happen. But it did happen one guy here. We told him not to do a cycle because he hadn't put in the time and was too small. He ignore us and 4 weeks later came back looking for advice about an injury because he torn something in his shoulder..

We might be anonymous people on an Internet forum but when you ask for advice we will give our honest opinion and try help you as best we can.

This is not necessarily true. Beginner gains will come fast and you will get excellent results. Use this time to develop a mind-muscle connection and really work on your diet. Once you have trained for a while and have a good handle on the exercises, techniques, and your own body and you really have to struggle for every gain you get - then start with the hormones.

Honestly, I'd say a minimum of 3 years solid training.
