When going for muscle size and doing hypertrophy I have heard that keeping the rest periods to about 1 min if I did bench press for example I would get 220 for 10 reps but after a min rest I would prob get 6 reps out of the same weight I just don't recover that fast when going to failure so would this mean I would have to drop the weight on ever set? I would usually rest 3-4 mins between sets
