I think i bruised my tailbone somehow at the gym on sunday....maybe when i was squirming around the flat bench to reposition myself.
at first i thought it was a pimple or cyst lol...but then i looked at it was swollen.
i couldn't sit up or sit down without pain yesterday and everytime i walked i was in alot of pain.
definetely no squats, legs or deadlifts....but do you think i can work out (lats,tri's or shoulders) or should i stay off it and ice it for a few days?
i wouldn't care normally but i was sick for a week and a half and couldn't work out and it's killing me being out of the gym any longer.
