I mentioned this in my cycle log but because its many posts down I don't think people will really see it so I'm making a new thread.
I was working chest and tris yesterday. When I finished chest I started my pulldowns. I was noticing that my left elbow was a little tight as I would come back up. Then I went on to dumbbell triceps extensions. I couldn't even move down more than a few inches because it would hurt and my elbow got real tight.
I looked at my arm in the mirror and noticed a small bruise near my elbow (but I hadn't bumped it on anything). If I held my arm straight down at my side and you were looking at the outside of my elbow (the wrinkly part) , the bruise is on the right hand side. It's only about the size of a nickel and doesn't really hurt. It is a little tender when you push on it. I seem to be able to use my arm fine but when I put any weight on my tricep it feels a little weird by my elbow so I'm trying not to do that.
What do you guys think it could be? I don't think its anything too serious because it didn't get worse overnight, but I have no idea what I did. I think I did it when I was doing my chest dips. I tried to go a little too high on the weight (for me anyway lol). In either case I'm taking a few days off the gym to hopefully let it heal.
