I have been hearing alot about HGH and its effects on muscle growth . i came across it at my local GNC and the guy there said he had used it and it helped him make some good gains. well im not gonna take his word for it considering he is a salesman. So im wondering if anyone here has used HGH and what effects it had on them pos/neg,or just some general info on the product . Thanks

What you saw at GNC was not human growth hormone. It's just some kind of sup that they've named similarly. I saw it recently but I forget what they're calling it.

don't waste your money on that GNC crap. HGH does work, but it is illegal in the U.S.

Exactly, true hgh is the closest thing there is to a wonder drug, it even reverses the aging process to an extent, but the shit they sell at supplement stores is not even close to the real thing.
