Anyone use this ? Is it any good?

HDT protein is 5 lbs, they give you the 1 free cause they stuff it full of maltodextrin. It is cheap, but you arent getting any protein "free." Essentially you are getting free carbs. It doesn't instantize well but tastes decent. Id give it a try, its equal to about most other 5 lb containers of whey. My favorite Whey is 100% Whey Protein by Optimum Nutrition from www.dpsnutrition.com. Its a great buy.
