HRT or TRT?

IME and IMO, HRT is superior to TRT.

TRT seems to be strictly additional injected aas. I seldom see questions about other hormone levels. And seeing that either therapy is for more senior people, the total spectrum is very important.

HRT includes aas, hgh, esto control, cholesterol, bp and full blood panels. Diet, vits&mins, exercise and recovery are also in the program.

Yip, I agree that HRT is the way to go. For me though, cost is the limiting factor at the moment.

no one does just TRT anymore it's about balancing all steroids and peptides hormones and turn them back to ur youth profile.

Well if you wanted to get technical about HRT you'd include things like insulin, adrenaline, thyroid.... I'll be on synthroid for the rest of my life probably after next week when they remove my thyroid for cancer. Otherwise, I try to just take testosterone. My body still makes normal amounts of growth hormone and insulin so I see no need to take them, and since I'm on TRT for life, I don't see any need for HCG (we don't want more kids either). The less stuff I have to put in my body the better. I only take nolvadex or an AI as needed, usually at the end of a blast while going back to TRT-levels.
