yeah i have the new IP d-bol's there 45mgs! what a weird mg right but anyway there small and orange ip on one side, and 45 on other side and there actually really small, and some one mentioned they were hard pressed i figured that out when i tryed splitting it in half! it just broke apart in pieces, so i guess i gotta take in one shot, do u guy,s think that makes a difference? i also heard u gotta chew them because if u don't it's hard for the body to desolve so i did just that and man was it nasty and bitter!!
but to answer ur question i would split it up into three doses 10 in morn, 10 in mid afternoon, and 10 before pre workout
back when i did it i took 1 5mg with my pre workout meal and one 5mg with pw meal thats about it and had decent results just right now trying to stay away from excess water stuff but taken in moderation it gives a nice effect
i have 50 mg pills and its a Bitch splitting them up to take 25 mg a day so i take 50 a day now 25 morningish and the other 25 late afternoon ........ i dunno if 50 is too much but my heart rate isn't that crazzy so i think i shud be straight N e Feed back ???
I prefer taking all of them about an hour before I train-does wonders for my workouts, almost too pumped--maybe it's in my head but hey, whatever works, right?
