It's important to remember the biceps are only two muscles. So don't make the mistake of over-training them. And don't make the mistake of just doing curls.
Bros, when I was gone for two years and couldn't train, my biceps did get sore. It's a good feeling though. Make sure you really put in some recovery and rest days.
