What kind of results are you looking for in your "girl"?If you want her to cut up,lasix is not the way to go.I will use a little lasix when it's "that time" to alleviate some of the swelling,but it is not a benign drug.Severe hypokalemia(low potassium) can occur with as little as 20 mg.Most people I know who bodybuild reserve the diuretics until they are nearly contest shape(as it IS a tested substance).If she does chose to use it,I would definitely suggest she take a potassium supplement(8 mEq should do)
