How to workout at 2x the strength/endurance

there is a way of extracting it from cough syrup and what not... I forgot the chemistry behind it but it looked fairly easy if you had access to a lab.
i wouldn't be surprised if theres a kit out to convert the stuff already.
 
I discovered it when I was useing it recreationally and decided 'hey it would be cool if I could ride my bike while high on this' so I did and I was going at full speed much faster then previously able and for a lonnnnng ways I was hauling ass like a rocket ship. Then I tried pullups and I was able to do almost twice as much. he strength and endurance usually begins about 2 hours into the trip (it absorbes slow) and lasts up to 12 hours. By the way, for those interested I wouldent recommend working out with it on your first try as it can be a little weird and others will probably be able to tell your 'on something' but after about 5 times you will learn to act completely normal. There is very very little tolerance to the drug also. if anyone has anymore questions you can aim me at 'i2ancid1'.

There isent really an example of a cycle I can give you, just to take it 2 hours before you workout and to drink ALOT of water. For those interested in the higher doses i'll let you know what it is before you try doing it yourself and freak out about how strong it is. A high dose will completely disconnect your mind from your body and you will be typically 'insane' and HIGHLY euphoric, when it was used as an ingrediant in Ecstacy that was where most of the euphoria came from. it is a very pure euphoria and can be extremely addicting so be careful. once again http://www.erowid.org is a great site for more info
 
sems like vicks 44 is best choice. right or wrong? I like to improve my endurance b/c it sucks i haven't jogged in 2 months since i had shin splints butstarting back tommorrow should itry alow dose for a week of icks 44 total of 75mg per day or no? i like ot jump to doing4-5 miles instead of two seems to be the barrier for me
 
vicks 44 is ok, i've tried it a few times. Personally the formulation is too thick therfore harder to down about 1 1/2 4oz bottles.

A better brand would be the rite aid brand cough suppressant, or CVS. Those are both much thinner and easier to down. but remember I dont recommend taking the cough syrup as you can get 30 grams powder for $50. and if someone overheard you talking about 'getting high on cough syrup' they might go down to the pharmacy and chose the wrong type of cough syrup and end up very messed up. if not dead.

Dont take it on a daily schedule, it is hard on the brain. It should be taken at the most once or twice a week. 75mg will definatly not help you much at all. thats a very low dose and you will definatly still feel pain. 400mg is where you stop feeling pain. I've went outside in 20 degree weather and felt no cold AT ALL while on it.
 
Fuck that shit! They only painkiller I need I will power! You must break the pain barrier. I like pain. It makes you tougher!
