how to use primobolan for recomp

I’m looking to use primobolan for recomp in the future. What would be your advice when it comes to dosing? I’m looking at doing possibly 200-300mgs a week of test with it to give the cycle a boost. I’m 50 years old. 170Lbs and looking to get lean gains. Would you do 500mgs a week of primo or is that too much for someone my size?

Nothing wrong with equipoise but you need to push it at 400 mg minimum. That is the good dose.
