looking for some advice on how to use cardazol pre workout.
My workouts are at 5:30 in the morning and then I get to work around 7:30 start my day so I only have about 45 minutes to an hour if you count the commute time and time to change.
I also usually pick up breakfast on the way to work
how would you recommend using cardazol with this schedule?
