How to tell store grade vs. pharma grade supps

Was reading an article online about the Differences between store grade in Pharma grade supplements
on one hand the store grade won't absorb well, has fillers, no FDA regs, ingredients not accurate and no testing
how do I find quality supplements if that's the case?

the FDA is under funded and under staffed. they don't have time to check every supplement

especially since covid we are talking 1% or supps are actually checked lol. supp companies know this so they cheat like hell. so its important to go with a trusted company.

Unfortunately the nutritional supplement world is no better than the underground lab world of Anabolic Steroids. Full of sales men, marketing, and con artists. You have to find a supplier that makes something that works for you and that will generally gain your trust.

Even more unfortunate now days is big pharma is also just as crooked as used car salesmen. They wine and dine those at the various levels of getting a product to the customer to control the pipeline. Then they also use the government to control other substances and make sure people can not easily get them and self treat themselves at a fraction of the cost.
