This post actually shows as originating in September of 2013. DeGrey was actually given a "time out" for this type of posting from a much newer thread. Is it possible this thread really is a few months old, and originated long before we were having issues with him?

Well i brought this thread back because i read his ridiculous recent thread on how should i workout on tren, and saw he has the exact same stats as me 6'2 220 12%bf so i looked at his threads and still seems even now he is just on this forum for the wrong reason and is going to fvck himself up sooner or later
he posted 2 totally different stats.. tells me he is just fucking around on here.. this place isn't a playground
Steve, I didn't know that. Deserves the ban he got then.
You're right about EF not being a playground. Some of what he was proposing was ridiculously dangerous.
