I don't recommend using insulin as they all have their particular effects, but that being said, I've been on insulin for a few years always timing my meals, and only when my carbs are high and I have had many beneficial results, the insulin is dangerous if you take it in the wrong way but the insulin is the MOST anabolic hormone out there ... I'm almost as dry as I would be in prep. for a contest and I recover faster from my training... if you don't know what you are doing then don't do it and the fatal effects comes from ignorance. btw i'm not using HGH,
