Seems like every Fitness influencer out there is pushing GW these days I don’t trust a single one of them to give me the proper information. I’ve been reading about it and seems like it works good at 30 milligrams a day that seems to be the best dose.
So I’m gonna run it at that dosage for about 16 weeks and see how much fat I can lose.
I’m 270 pounds and I’m six foot three ideally would like to get down to about 230.
any thoughts on this protocol?
