how to reduce injection pain!

thanks everyone for posts/PMs about my upcoming prop+NPP cycle...i've compiled a list of how to reduce pain assoc. w/ injections before i ask my question:

1. inject slowly
2. heat oil (in pan, don’t forget to insert pin to dec. pressure; or run under water (don’t run pin under water—need it sterile)
3. freeze shooting pins (cryo-treatment hardens pins and cooling reduces swelling)
4. switch pins—draw and shoot w/ 2 diff. pins (maximum sharpness)
5. stretch b/f and after (get blood moving)
6. cardio after (get blood moving)
7. hot shower after
8. heating pad/massage after
9. let alcohol-swabbed skin dry (don’t want residual alcohol at top of pin during insertion)
10. let (warmed) oil run down pin
11. (possibly) combine with winny
12. (possibly) combine with deca
13. cut w/ sesame oil?

My questions are about this last one—will cutting prop with oil change the absorption rate??? what oil is best?

All I do is hold syringe under armpit for a minute to warm it up and then massage hard for a few mintues after injection is complete...(this works with ALL types of gear I have used...including alot of Prop and Sust., and it ALWAYS works for me...)

Just heat the syringe. Take a cup and fill it with boiling water and lay the syringe across the top of the cup. The heat/steam rising from the water will heat the oil. Heat it to body temperature then you're good to go.

I run my pins under HOT-ass running faucet water from the sink for 30-45 seconds.......gets hot as hell. Works perfect.

Nothing for nothing guys, but all I do is fill the syringe, change needles and inject! I do not have all day to give myself the "spa" treatment!

I was like that for a long time too, but then recently realized that the syringe under my armpit for 30 seconds made a big difference as the oil heats up to body temperature and goes in much easier

It was an old trick we used to use with our surfboard wax back when I was surfing everyday

i never have a hard time with my injection site being sore., im taking sust now and its never hurt so far.. but taken prop in the past it hurt for maybe the next day then was gone, nothing i couldn't deal with though, i would do what term said and just rub the spot after inj. for a few mins..

Those minor little things make a pretty big difference, imo....(and they DONT take long to do at all...)

I heat up my syringes with a blow dryer. Most of the time i inject after a shower, and am already using the blow dryer for my hair, so i heat up the syringe too. Works quite well.

anyone have an answer to the absorption question? does cutting prop w/ oil affect absorption?

I pour a cup of boiled water and drop the amp in, leaving it there whilst I get the other stuff ready. This and a massage after are all I need to do to reduce the residual pain to next to nothing.

I run mine under hot tap water for a few secs and afterward put a warm cloth on the site. Does great! All are good suggestions though.
