i used dnp once before and never will i again. i broke out into sweats and couldnt sleep. not worthit if you ask me.
YEp thats pretty much what you go through :qt:

I dont feel so alone now, im a fellow DNP nut. So many of the other DNP "experts" have left, i felt i was one of the only ones who looked into it in depth anymore, too many users now a days have no idea whats up with it.
Ive been all over this shit for years, many people dont realize the anti neoplastic effects it posesses and the other ins and outs, mechanism of action, ect.
Unlike like many other phenolic compounds, this is not found to be carcinogenic.

One point.......all people SHOULD use quercetin while on DNP.

More food equals greater entropy and increased thermogenesis.

So you believe eating more = more weight loss?

It does enhance the effects of DNP, the same amount of ATP is generated, but you have more H+ leaving the mito membrane and leaving the body as heat. The thing is, a lot of people said awhile back that you should stay away form carbs on DNP because of the heat increase and that it will lead to less effective DNP (more ATP generated from a greater intake of glucose) but the membrane is still permiable and there is no increase in ATP production=more fat is used to try to make ATP.

Bottom line, no reason to loose the carbs on DNP.

wow, thanks for the help. I will remember that next time.

So anotherwords the more you sweat the more weight your losing? this is because your body uses more fat to make ATP?

Not neccesarily.
Some carbs are good becasue they keep liver glycogen up. This will make you hotter and sweat a little more, but your energy will be higher and if anything it will increase thermogenesis while not hindering fat loss. Heat comes from H+ being emmited from the body.
The body burns fat at an accelerated rate on DNP becasue the ETC is compromised and there is a substantial loss of ATP generated. The body burns fat rapidly to try to compensate for the loss in ATP and how quickly glucose is used up.

Doesn't DNP interfere with your mitochondria's ability to make ATP?

Yes it does.
