How to not get allergies ?

strengthen your immune system and also determine what you are allergic to and avoid the allergens
if you are allergic to oak and your city has a lot of oak then move closer to the ocean where oak trees are less plentiful
also your home has crazy allergens. get a HEPA vacuum, dust frequently, get mattress/pillow protectors and make sure your A/C filter is atleast a level 9 filter. don't buy the cheap $2 filters.. another tip is avoid detergent that has fragrance and don't keep perfume in your house.
